SkyBridge has developed a mature upgrade methodology called BridgeWay™. BridgeWay™ incorporates the best of PMBOK principles with the flexibility of Agile software development principles. BridgeWay™ provides our framework for project governance, documentation and testing and is robust enough to handle any size of upgrade. Upgrade Lab Hardware
Begin the upgrade process and perform your fit-gap and compare processes on our hardware to accelerate project begin dates and possibly reduce your overall hardware costs.
Focus on Core Upgrade Activities
Stay with the basics. Upgrade the core application and treat all other activities surrounding upgrades, such as the implementation of new functionality and end-user training as line-item option to scope to control time and costs.
2-3 week Sprints
Work is broken into fixed, manageable pieces to achieve measurable goals and provide team focus, per Agile’s SCRUM concepts.
Templates for Key 9.1 Configuration and Functionality
We incorporate templates based on our prior 9.1 upgrade experience and relationships with Oracle to speed the upgrade process.
