SkyBridge Global Successfully Upgrades PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 for City of Nashville On Time and On Budget
Atlanta, GA-October 15, 2007– City of Nashville/Davidson County Metro Water Services (“MWS”) supplies drinking water to customers in Davidson County, as well as parts of Rutherford and Williamson counties from both the K. R. Harrington and the R.L. Lawrence (Omohundro) Water Treatment Plants, selected SkyBridge Global as its partner for their PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Upgrade.
“The SkyBridge project team was very knowledgeable and resourceful. The experience of the team members and level of effort they put into the project allowed us to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget” states Patricia Parrish, Information System Application Analyst III, MWS.
“The SkyBridge team led the project management, training development, and delivery efforts to identify ways to eliminate customizations,” stated Todd Murphy, Vice President of Business Development for SkyBridge. Scope also included development of XML Publisher reports to replace legacy Crystal reports.
“MWS is now running the latest version of the Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management applications. This gives them the ability to efficiently manage their HR resources, while also providing meaningful information to the employees and managers of MWS. With only two people supporting these applications, MWS was able to improve internal customer service. They are also now positioned to implement new features of the system that will further benefit all employees of MWS” added Todd Murphy, Vice President of Business Development.
