SkyBridge Global Acquires Meridian Systems Consulting
Atlanta, GA-October 11, 2004–SkyBridge Global, Inc. announced that it has acquired Meridian Systems Consulting, Inc., an Atlanta based PeopleSoft consulting company.
Meridian Systems Consulting was founded in 1997 and has been providing both functional and technical consulting services in PeopleSoft Human Resources, Financials, Supply Chain and CRM applications. In particular, Meridian has specialized in delivering PeopleSoft HR and Payroll consulting services to enterprise customers across the country. Meridian has also developed PayMatch, a PeopleSoft testing tool that automates comparison of two payroll systems. PayMatch can be used to compare two PeopleSoft payroll systems or to compare PeopleSoft payroll with a third party payroll system.
Meridian’s management team will become an integral part of the SkyBridge organization. “Combining the two organizations will benefit the customers and our consultants” stated Todd Murphy, President of Meridian. “Our consulting services team will be exposed to new and exciting opportunities, and our customers will have a larger pool of senior-level consultants providing services on their behalf.”

With this acquisition, SkyBridge has added 60 strategic and referenceable PeopleSoft customers and 20 PayMatch customers. SkyBridge will now be able to compliment its existing focus on PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain and HR applications with more depth in HR, Payroll and Benefits consulting services and offer a payroll audit tool to its existing and prospective customers.
