Satish Shah, President
Mr. Shah spent five years working in PeopleSoft's consulting organization managing a team of PeopleSoft consultants before launching SkyBridge Global. Prior to working for PeopleSoft, Mr. Shah worked in Accenture's technology practice. Mr. Shah has also successfully launched another company - SkyBridge Resources- offering IT staffing solutions to complement the SkyBridge Global service.
Todd Murphy, Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Murphy was one of the founders of Meridian Systems Consulting, acquired by SkyBridge in 2004. After the acquisition, Mr. Murphy became the Vice President of Business Development for SkyBridge. Mr. Murphy worked with ERP applications as a consultant and project manager for 12 years and brings seven years of consulting sales management experience to SkyBridge.
Andy Phelps, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Phelps has more than 20 years of experience working in business management roles for large utilities organizations. He joined SkyBridge in 2001 and was responsible for putting the infrastructure in place for this growing organization. Today he has responsibility for the overall operations of the organization, including Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Legal and Risk Management functions.
Roxann Shick, National Director - Government Solutions
Prior to joining SkyBridge, Ms. Shick worked for the State of Tennessee in the Office for Information Resources as Business Development Liaison to the Office of Governor Bredesen, as well as Commissioners of state agencies and the state legislature. She was a founding member of the State of Tennessee’s Diversity Steering Committee. Ms. Shick previously worked in both consulting and sales for IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and PeopleSoft.
Sheryl Bishop, Oracle Practice Director
Ms. Bishop has over 8 years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite. Before joining Skybridge, Ms. Bishop worked for CIBER as a consultant and practice manager in their Enterprise Solutions division focused on ERP implementations. As Director of the Oracle Consulting Practice for SkyBridge, she is focused on business development and service delivery for Oracle eBusiness customers.
Charles Carr, Practice Director - PeopleSoft HCM
Mr. Carr began his consulting career with IBM Global Services in 1996 after an 18-year career with The Coca-Cola Company where he was the Manager of Benefits and Programs. At The Coca-Cola Company he worked on their original PeopleSoft implementation. At IBM Global Services, he worked on several PeopleSoft projects in a large-company consulting environment. He joined Meridian in 1998 where he performed dual roles of Senior Consultant and Director of Human Resources until the SkyBridge acquisition in 2004.
Jon Ligon, Director, Resource Management
Mr. Ligon has been providing Talent Acquisition and Resource Development expertise for over 13 years. He has been highly focused on technical recruiting within the ERP Marketplace on a national and international basis. In past positions, Mr. Ligon has held strong leadership positions within the human resources and recruiting space, and brings this experience with him as he leads SkyBridge's resource management department.
Scott MacGillivray, Practice Director - PeopleSoft FSCM
Mr. MacGillivray has been working with ERP package implementations for over 13 years. He has been involved with numerous implementations, upgrades, and strategic initiatives for both mid-market and tier-1 companies. Scott has held implementation roles as project manager, technical lead, functional lead, industry specialist, strategic advisor, and executive sponsor. His broad range of experience with the PeopleSoft product is firmly grounded in a Financials and Supply Chain background but extends to most areas of the business.
Jean Noble, Director of Oracle Alliances & Marketing
Ms. Noble brings over 20 years of software and technology experience to SkyBridge. Prior to SkyBridge, Ms. Noble has helped launch and build software brands such as AOL, Siebel, BroadVision, and Hyperion to name a few. Today, she has the responsibility of managing the Oracle Partnership and Marketing for SkyBridge.
Shelly Wingfield, Banner® Practice Director
Ms. Wingfield is an experienced IT professional with 10 years of industry experience and over 9 years of Banner® experience. Responsibilities at SkyBridge include engagement management, business development, and consulting for the Banner® Practice. Her prior Banner® experience includes consulting at SunGard for over 40 clients and Banner® applications analyst at Virginia Tech.
Stefanie Beach, Regional Sales Manager
Ms. Beach has over 10 years of consulting sales experience. Her responsibilities include providing account management to ensure SkyBridge is delivering high quality services to all customers. She also provides Business Development for the Higher Education Practice. Prior to SkyBridge, Ms. Beach worked for H&A Consulting and SunGard®
Corporation.
Wade Strozier, Business Development Manager
Mr. Strozier has brought 8 years of experience to SkyBridge covering the Business Intelligence space to Human Capital Management. He has worked at places such as Hyperion, Ceridian and Oracle. Mr. Strozier is responsible for managing SkyBridge's relationship with Oracle and driving new business.
