Our team possesses significant experience implementing Higher Education specific software applications such as Banner®, Oracle, and PeopleSoft. University System of Georgia / Georgia Board of Regents
SkyBridge has provided PeopleSoft and Banner® consulting services to all 35 campuses of the University System of Georgia for the implementation and upgrade of their PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Financials and Banner® Student application suites.
SkyBridge led the simultaneous upgrade of the PeopleSoft HCM suite of products for 32 campuses (32 instances of PeopleSoft), which ended up being one of the largest PeopleSoft projects in the country. SkyBridge recently supported the launch of a new university within USG (Perimeter College) through a rapid implementation of the PeopleSoft and Banner® applications. SkyBridge also introduced our Evolve Organizational Change Management methodology, which has become the standard for USG large scale implementation projects, and led the rollout of the User Productivity Kit (UPK) applications to track process documentation, support user acceptance testing, and to ultimately serve as on-line training and user documentation.
Grand Valley State University
When GVSU decided to implement the Banner® Student suite of applications, they needed additional consulting services with Banner® experience. They recognized that they could get a high quality solution for a reasonable cost by partnering with SkyBridge on many of the technical project tasks. SkyBridge provided a small team to assist with the conversion, interfaces, reporting, and enhancement tasks associated with the HR, Student and Financial Aid implementations. In addition, the SkyBridge team provided valuable production support duplicating and fixing forms and process errors.
Cornell University
Cornell has a long history of being a visionary and early adopter of new technologies that could improve services offered to the faculty, employees and students of this world-class university. SkyBridge was selected to help Cornell implement the PeopleSoft Benefits Administration application to allow Cornell to become one of the earliest universities to put benefits enrollment online.
University of North Carolina - Charlotte
SkyBridge provided deep expertise in the Banner® application suite, and led the technical design and development for the integration of Effort Reporting System (ERS) to the Banner® Financials applications. Maximus relied on SkyBridge to provide Banner® expertise specific to the data structures and process flows to allow for the development of the interfaces.
Brigham Young University
SkyBridge has been a vendor for BYU for several PeopleSoft HCM and Financials projects. Our most recent project was assisting BYU PeopleSoft Engineers with designing, mentoring, and building modifications to PeopleSoft Campus Community modules for Student Accounts and Financial Aid. SkyBridge also assisted with mapping and converting data from legacy Oracle (Student Financials) and PICK (Financial Aid) databases for their 8.9 implementation.
Syracuse University
When Syracuse began to plan their PeopleSoft upgrade project, SkyBridge was brought in to provide consulting services for a security assessment, and to assist Syracuse with infrastructure configuration changes. SkyBridge also assisted Syracuse with the installation of a network performance appliance which increased network performance as it relates to accessing the PeopleSoft system. The result was a plan for a manageable security configuration as well as a streamlined PeopleSoft architecture.
