City of Nashville / Davidson County
SkyBridge completed one of the first PeopleSoft HCM release 9.0 projects in the country as a partner for Nashville Metro Water Services. Key deliverables for the project included an Oracle 10g database upgrade and replacement of PeopleSoft Crystal reports with the new Oracle XML Publisher reporting tool. SkyBridge also completed a fit-gap assessment for Nashville-Davidson Metro to help them assess the possible migration of other departments from their current JDE EnterpriseOne application to the PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 application.

DeKalb County
SkyBridge was selected for the Oracle Daily Business Intelligence (DBI) implementation by Dekalb County. Dekalb will be using the DBI product to build dashboards for Payables, Purchasing, Fund Management and Customer Support. It will provide up-to-date information for managers across DeKalb to help them gain business insight and make better decisions faster. SkyBridge worked closely with the DeKalb staff teaching them how to extend the Oracle DBI product to create custom dashboards and reports to support their growing reporting needs.

State of Georgia Merit System
Georgia Merit System chose SkyBridge to implement PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll applications to support annual benefits enrollment for over 110,000 employees across the State of Georgia. SkyBridge was chosen due to our experience with similar large-scale projects and our experience working in the government sector. Key deliverables included implementation of benefits enrollment, COBRA administration, benefits billing for inactive employees, payroll interface and financials system integration.

City of Albuquerque
The City of Albuquerque set forth a long term vision of becoming a world-class local government organization. SkyBridge was engaged to help Albuquerque with the implementation of a fully integrated ERP solution, consisting of PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, Supply Chain and Enterprise Performance Management application suites. The goal for this project was to replace over 25 disparate systems, and provide the ability for The City to track project expenditures associated with goals and projects that are part of this transformation project. SkyBridge developed the initial master plan and strategy, and then provided the project team to implement these applications and lead the enterprise change management activities associated with the project.

State of South Carolina
The SC State Technical College system picked SkyBridge to assist with the technical implementation of the Banner® Financials and Student Enrollment systems. Three main campuses of the Technical Colleges partnered with the SkyBridge team to develop the conversion process, system interfaces and custom reports for the Banner® application. SkyBridge brought a team with years of experience working with the Banner® applications and Oracle technologies to support a successful project.

City of Tampa
The City of Tampa had the PeopleSoft HCM suite of applications running and being used by the core HR staff. To leverage this investment, The City funded a project to implement PeopleSoft’s benefits enrollment and self-service applications. SkyBridge was chosen as the partner for this city-wide initiative, with a primary objective being to get at least 45% of the city employees to make their annual benefits elections online. The project was considered to be an overwhelming success with 94% of the employee population enrolling on the eBenefits web application.
