METHODOLOGY :

SkyBridge developed methodologies and best practices for delivering the highest value services for the lowest overall cost. These methodologies serve as a framework for each project, but they maintain the flexibility to adopt the standards and style of each client.

The core approach of our methodologies is the use of an iterative design process, as recommended in the Oracle AIM for Business Flows methodology. This approach uses a series of Conference Room Pilots (CRP) to capture and validate business requirements and system configuration decisions. By involving key personnel in these CRPs, we also begin the knowledge transfer process early in the project. Knowledgeable system users are then able to contribute effectively during the design and testing phases of the project.

For Oracle customers using the User Productivity Kit (UPK), SkyBridge recommends capturing the business process documentation using UPK. This allows you to capture business processes in one place, and then use that single source of information to support user acceptance testing and end user training.

SkyBridge also uses proprietary products and tools, such as our highly regarded PayMatch™ tool. For payroll implementations, PayMatch™ is used to compare your PeopleSoft Payroll to your legacy payroll system to ensure the conversion process did not adversely impact the calculation of employee paychecks. Tools like PayMatch™ reduce the overall work effort and allow the client to focus more time on learning the new applications – rather than spending their time finding discrepancies in the conversion process.
