SkyBridge Methodology delivers ROI for Metro Water Services
MARIETTA, Georgia (November 20, 2010) – SkyBridge Global has successfully upgraded Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise version HCM 9.0 to version 9.1 at Metro Water Services (MWS). MWS is a government Water Utility company providing water services to the residents of Nashville, TN. MWS successful upgrade to 9.1 went live in November 2010. SkyBridge’s SCRUM upgrade process was utilized for MWS upgrade which allowed them to go-live in less than 90 days from start to finish.
In May 2007, SkyBridge upgraded MWS PeopleSoft HCM application from 7.50 to version 9.0. As a result of being on such and older release, SkyBridge had to perform triple-upgrade to release 9.0 as well as an Oracle database upgrade to 10g. As part of that upgrade, all Crystal reports were replaced and with XML Publisher (Fusion middleware) reports. SkyBridge also created custom functionality to accompany Absence Tracking to assist Metro Water with PTO accruals and balances
