SkyBridge has completed over 250 Oracle and PeopleSoft projects for more than 150 customers. We have significant experience working with the Oracle and PeopleSoft HR/Payroll, Financia's, Supply Chain, CRM and Portal applications.

Ocean Bank
Ocean Bank is a privately held regional bank serving the metropolitan Miami, Florida market. Ocean Bank wanted to have a world class HR organization, supporting the strategic growth plans for the bank. Part of the transformation of the HR organization was to implement the PeopleSoft HCM suite of applications to provide better access to HR information, and to support an extensive self-service initiative. SkyBridge was selected as the partner for Ocean Bank’s implementation of the full suite of PeopleSoft HCM applications, and using our rapid implementation methodology we were able to successfully complete the initial project in five months. Ocean Bank employees now have access to a full range of services, and managers have better visibility to the HR metrics for their teams. Ocean Bank continues to be a leader due to their commitment to customer satisfaction – both external customers of the bank, and internal customers (employees) of the HR division.

Cellular South
Cellular South is the largest privately held cellular services provider in the country. They recently underwent a business transformation project to allow them to better manage and support the company growth, and to allow the subsidiaries to be more tightly integrated. Cellular South chose Oracle
eBusiness Suite for the Financials and Supply Chain processes, and they chose SkyBridge as their implementation partner for these strategic initiatives.

Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON)
Sonoco Products Company is a Fortune 500 manufacturing company that primarily develops industrial packaging products. SkyBridge has been a long term partner, initially supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM and Financials applications for Sonoco in 1997. We have since provided project services to Sonoco to help with the upgrade to the latest release of PeopleSoft HCM, provided tier-2 and tier-3 production support services for their PeopleSoft Financials applications, assisted them with acquisitions and divestitures, and assisted them with the development of integration processes to share data between third party systems and the PeopleSoft applications.
As Sonoco's business changes, SkyBridge continues to be their partner of choice.

DS Waters
DS Waters relies on the Oracle Financials and Supply Chain applications to automate their Water delivery and billing processes. DS Waters is known for processing more AR transactions than any other Oracle customer in the world. Because of the nature of their business, they process orders and generate invoices for millions of customers every day. SkyBridge has provided support for the deployment of enhanced functions to support the distribution and delivery organization including integration of handheld devices that allow delivery drivers to enter new orders, update orders, and receive payments from the residential and commercial customers they serve. SkyBridge is currently supporting the rollout of enhanced mobile capabilities to allow the delivery team to have more up-selling opportunities, and real time access to the Oracle systems from their routes.

Alliant Energy (NYSE: LNT)
SkyBridge was selected as the partner for Alliant Energy for one of the largest PeopleSoft applications projects in the country. This implementation project included 39 modules of the PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain and HCM suites in a one-phase project. By using methodologies and tools created by SkyBridge, this project was completed in 66% of the initial time estimate, yielding substantial cost savings to Alliant. SkyBridge developed a Total Cost of Ownership model, which was used to determine when it would be best to implement system customizations, or when it would be more cost effective to make business process changes instead. Alliant continues to use this TCO Model to justify requests for changes to their systems and processes.

Life Data Labs
Life Data Labs is a privately held manufacturing company specializing in Equine Care Products. LDL is a small-sized company, but their customers are from all over the world. LDL needed a robust e-Commerce and Financials solution to automate the order management and order fulfillment processes. LDL first implemented the Oracle eBusiness Suite applications to track financials and generate customer invoices. When LDL elected to implement the Oracle iStore, iPayments and Advanced Pricing e-commerce applications, SkyBridge was chosen as their partner. In less than four months, SkyBridge was able to complete the B2B and B2C multi-site implementation, including sites for German and US consumers, dealers and distributors. LDL is now able to increase sales significantly without any increase in cost of customer service activities – and the Order to Cash process is now streamlined and fully integrated.
